Roberto Seminario Pizzorni
He is the General Manager and Director of Seminario y Cía, a Stock Brokerage Company (Peru) and Vice Chairman of the Board of MCC Seminario (Peru).
He has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima. He also earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific (Peru).
Carlos Seminario Pizzorni
He is Managing Partner of Seminario & Cía Sociedad Agente de Bolsa (Peru) and Chairman of the Board of MCC Seminario (Peru). In the education sector, he is currently Executive Director of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico San Ignacio de Loyola – ISIL (Peru).
He has over 30 years of experience in various business and institutional sectors. In the industrial sector, he has held management positions for over a decade at Pirelli (Argentina). He has also served as Vice President of the Chamber of Metallurgical Companies (Argentina), President of the Advisory Council of INDECOPI (Peru), and member of the Board of Directors of CONFIEP (Peru).
In the financial sector, he has served as President of the Lima Stock Exchange and as a member of the commission appointed for the legal reform of the Peruvian Capital Markets Law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima.
Alberto Izquierdo Munita
Ingeniero Comercial de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, con más de 30 años ligado al sector financiero. Ex director de la Compañía de Seguros de Vida La Previsión S.A. (Chile), Compañía de Seguros Generales La Previsión S.A. (Chile), Financiera Condell S.A. (Chile) y de la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago (Chile).
Actualmente, Presidente de Munita, Cruzat & Claro S.A., Corredores de Bolsa (Chile), Director de Crecer Factoring S.A. (Chile) y Director de MCC Seminario (Perú).
